The Nice Thing About Strangers

Creative Non-Fiction Short Stories. :) Travel, Oldsters, Love, and Compassion.

From Strangers to Friends

As many of you know, I published a collection of my very-short creative non-fiction stories in the winter. I’d always wanted to write a book, ever since the stories that I composed for my brother when I was in elementary school. I still remember laboring over the tale: “The Chameleon Who Stayed Overnight in the Safeway Store.” There was a harrowing scene in the freezer section.

Readers have been reaching out lately, sharing book-selfies, and telling me how they spend a bit of time with the stories over coffee, right before bed, or during their commute. Every photo or message puts tears in my eyes. I’m delighted, I’m honored, I’m smiling to myself and looking for more to share. Thank you for the kind support and encouragement. God bless you, my dear readings, strangers, students, and friends.

Love,
Paige

I’m pleased so many are enjoying your lovely book. Would you like me to interview you and feature you and your book on my blog? Let me know and I will send you some questions. xo
