When a mistake of the heart is revealed as folly, we think of ourselves as fools, and ask our near-and-dear why they failed to save us from ourselves. But that is an enemy against whom no one can defend us.

I do love to read Rushdie. So many wonderful lines. And the blog has reminded me that I need to pay more attention and take more pictures! 🙂
      Thanks,

I’ve never read any Rushdie. Looks like I must start …

      M.R.:
The Moor’s Last Sigh is my favorite of his. Really jaw-dropping writing, really remarkable how he uses language. It seems he’s an expert in everything! 🙂
Let me know if you read it, as I may be due to re-read it myself…

Beautiful Buildings. I really like the colors and patterns.

I used to walk by this building all the time, and I never bothered to look up! What a shame! Now I do more looking. 🙂
      Thanks,
