Won’t You Be My Neighbor?

The narrow street has two neighboring restaurants. In the first, a woman setting silverware yells at the man behind the register. Her coworker is presumably family. She squeals as he sighs and hunches. I hurry by too quickly to see her face, but as I pass the second restaurant, their owner leans out of his doorway. He wears a pencil behind his ear, which makes him seem fictional. He peers toward the source of the sound then “tsks. He gestures over to his meek waiter in a dismissive β€œHer again!” wave of the hand. Just before the dinner rush, it seems to be business as usual.

Is that what it is? πŸ™‚ I really need to take a course in these things so I can point-and-shoot with more information.
